推動台灣智慧零碳城市
歐洲創新聯盟（European Alliance for Innovation, EAI）致力於推動資訊與通信技術（ICT）領域的創新與發展。該組織目前擁有14本期刊，並與知名的Springer出版社共同發行超過110本學術書籍。多年來，EAI在歐洲及美洲成功舉辦了超過2000場國際研討會和論壇，並擁有來自全球的超過3000位學者與專家成員。
EAI的核心使命是促進合作與透明度，擴大研究成果的可及性，並加強學術界與產業界的聯繫，從而推動知識的普及與應用。該組織積極推動前沿研究，並促進學術界與產業界的合作，促進ICT領域的創新發展。元智大學全球處副國際長尤淨纓教授，在成功主辦2022年10月的聯合國R20氣候變遷論壇後，積極爭取將EAI聯盟大會引入台灣舉行。
2025智慧零碳城市論壇將於2025年3月24日至27日在遠東香格里拉飯店盛大舉行。此次論壇將邀請40位來自永續發展與人工智慧領域的專家，深入探討智慧零排放城市的願景、實踐及節能減碳的智慧解決方案等關鍵議題。論壇為期四天，包含三天的專題討論與一天的文化探索之旅，參與者將有機會與專家面對面交流，並獲得參與證書與減碳證書。論壇旨在搭建學術界、產業界與政府之間的合作平台，推動低碳城市發展及永續創新。
