推動台灣智慧零碳城市
European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) 是一個致力於推動資訊和通信技術 (ICT)領域進步和創新的組織。該組織旗下有14本期刊發行，並與知名 Springer出版社共同發行學術書籍，超過110多本，多年來在歐洲與美洲辦理之國際研討會和論壇，超過2000多場，超過3000多位學者專家是其會員。
他們的使命包括促進合作、透明度和研究可及性，以加強學術界與工業界之間的聯繫，並實現對知識的普及。組織專注於推動前沿研究，並促使學術界和工業界之間的合作，以促進ICT領域的創新發展。元智大學全球處副國際長尤淨纓教授承續2022年10月11日承辦聯合國R20氣候變遷論壇會議後，積極爭取EAI聯盟大會來台舉辦。
智慧零碳城市2025論壇將於2025年3月24日至27日在遠東香格里拉飯店盛大舉行。本次論壇匯聚40位永續與AI領域的專家，深入探討智慧零排放城市的願景與實踐、節能減碳的智慧解決方案等關鍵議題。論壇安排包括三天論壇與一天文化探索之旅，參與者可與專家面對面交流，並獲得參與證書與減碳證書。論壇期許搭建學術界、產業界及政府之間的合作平台，共同推動城市低碳發展與永續創新。
